Navigation
We’ve put a lot of effort into making the chipmunk interface simple and intuitive, despite the complexity of the tasks it performs. Navigation focuses on fast access to recent work, favorite locations, and common actions.
Recent sessions and favorites
Chipmunk keeps recent sessions available from the home screen. Favorite folders provide quick access to common log locations and include filtering by file name.
Quick start
The quick start palette gives keyboard-friendly access to recent sessions and favorite folders.
Command palette
The command palette provides searchable access to common application and session actions.
Selecting and copying logs
Rows in the logs table are selected like files in a file manager: a click selects
a single row, Ctrl/Cmd + click adds or removes one row, and Shift + click
selects the range up to the clicked row. The selection is shared between the main
logs table and the search results.
Selected rows can be copied to the clipboard with Ctrl+Shift+C (Cmd+Shift+C
on macOS) or from the table context menu. Copying from the search results is
limited to the rows shown there, while the main table copies the whole selection.
